Qualified welders, trained personnel, NDT check facilities, a diligent QC Department, all strive to produce the best quality in welded products.
At our Unit II works a single piece weighing upto 50T can be fabricated.
Stator Frames (Hydro & Turbo), Upper & Lower Brackets, Welded Exhaust Casings, IGV, OGV, Double-Walled Rotary Brazing Furnace, Vacuum Furnaces (SS) & Chambers are some of the items that are regularly manufactured for our customers.
All our welders and welding procedures are qualified as per ASME Section IX and ISO 15609. New procedures and materials can be qualified as required.
Re-Furbishing, Re-Conditioning, Weld Build-up, Hardfacing and Weld Overlay are also some of the activities that are undertaken. In house facilities include a 400T hydraulic press and plate rolling machine. Operations like Stress Relieving, Dishing, Heavy Plate Press Brake and Rolling are outsourced from nearby reputed industries.
